Dr. Chris, owner of Atlantic Chiropractic & Associates, is a licensed Chiropractic physician in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts who is Nationally Board Certified. She received her Bachelors Degree in Nutrition in 1995 and her Doctorate in Chiropractic. She has extensive training in Applied Kinesiology and multiple techniques including Gonstead, Activator and CranioSacral work. She attends specialized seminars in Clinical Nutrition and Herbal Therapies for the most recent advances in the fields. | |

Mary
graduated from the New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic
Arts, Hudson, NH June 1991. Prior to her Massage Therapy education she earned a
degree in Sports Management in Ireland where she grew up. Mary ran a successful
practice for 15 years in Central Massachusetts before moving to the Cape in
2006. Her background
is in Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy,
Myofascial Therapy and Sports Massage.
She successfully tested onto the National Sports
Massage team in 1995 &
in 1996 joined the John Hancock Sports Massage Team
which provides Sports Massage for the elite field of the Boston Marathon
annually. Mary is also a Reiki 1 practitioner and
is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and
Bodywork. As an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association which
maintains strict membership standards
she continues to expand on her knowledge & skills by
taking continuing education courses in Massage Therapy & Body Work modalities
fulfilling her continuing education requirement & upholding the AMTA code of
Ethics. |

| Doug Walker | Mr. Walker attended the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge, MA and specialized in the "Benjamin" technique of Massage which combines different speeds, rhythms, strokes, and pressures to help promote healthy muscle tissue. Emphasis is on the structural stress people experience; due in part to the effects of poor posture, over-exercising, repetitive motion, and weak musculature ... and to some degree the effects of emotional and mental stress on the body. | |
Daphne Jochnick![]() |
Daphne has her master's degree from the Traditional Acupuncture Institute, Columbia MD (1997). In addition to private practice she supervised at the Tai-Sophia student faculty clinic in Maryland, and helped to initiate and direct the N St. Village acupuncture addiction recovery program in Washington, DC. In 2006 she led a volunteer group of acupuncturists to do trauma-relief acupuncture in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. Daphne practices "Five Element Acupuncture", a style of acupuncture which emphasizes a person's whole health, including mental, emotional and spiritual health. |
